Going by 9 (?) Wesley Street I found a bundle of clothing on the pavement, the gate open and also the front door. I went into the house to ask the residents to be more cautious. There was no one there but it looked as though residents were moving. The front door wooden lock had been hacked open. Minus specs, I managed to contact OPS. Once they had arrived and seen the situation, I left. They did contact SAPS.
