Hi all I'm the owner at 7 James - doesn't look like the guy got into the property, thanks to a neighbour across the road calling Obsid and a rapid response (thanks to both!). My gate is damaged (it won't open properly, and the motor won't run) so I'm getting a repair guy in this afternoon.
