That said and done, thanks Paddy for your watchful eye 'By the River of
Observatory'. However, re the suggestions of rallying for funds to
remunerate persons to do guarding duties.  Off the cuff, I suspect that any
such practice of paid guarding/patrolling would not be in line with lawful
labor practices and part time employment as injury or death while on duty
may lead to great risks of backfiring.  If not mistaken, such work must be
undertaken via security type entities.i.e Premier, ADT, CBAR or Securitas
etc. It might be good to inquire what such costs may amount to per guard,
per shift.  I seem to recall, from a previous exercise via the OBSID,, that
it works out to a pretty sum, too high to come by and the thought was
shelved.
