I have spoken to him and it seems that Obsid must take the credit. They spotted the guy walking down the road with a jacket that they had identified at the house when called earlier. Part of theretrieved goods. They picked him up and bought him to the house where the police did the arrest. Excellent work. Apologies for incorrect info earlier.
