Thanks Marc, I can't take all the credit..

Scooter owners have been watching for him, (based on my description),
and it was them that got the pic.
Discussed laying a charge with them; the feeling was we could possibly
nail him for trespass, but to prove intent of the theft may be another
thing.

If I catch him in there again, he will not get away.
