Ideally we need more neighbourhood watchers, which would assist in
deterring and reporting more suspicious activity. This would be better
effected if we had more patrollers as well. There is never going to be
enough money to expect OBSID and SAPS to do the job alone, but working
together as a community for the greater good of all is probably the most
effective way to deal with it. The network is necessary to make the
most of the resources at our disposal. Everywhere is hard hit at the
moment, and I for one am very glad you are reporting it because it all
helps to get the real picture and for the services (OBSID and SAPS) to
know where the crime really is. Thank you Suzette.

I recently send messages re no 8's car & no 10.

On my way to PnP now I noticed 2 very suspicious looking guys walking
down Campbell. Dark clothes, peak caps & ruck sacks. They were looking
behind walls, trying to peer into houses. I followed them stopped
them & asked whether they had lost something. Their explanation was
that they were looking for old clothes. Of course became aggressive.
Both looked drugged.
We desperately need more protection in our block.
