Obs needs to be restricted to large trucks, with a few exceptions.
Where essential, people need to get special authorization to take specific
routes, having warned people not to park during that time.???

I have attached a pic of a truck trying to travel down our road. Trucks &
taxis are a regular occurance. They don't seem to realise that they are too big
to fit between parked cars.
