Yesterday I took my 3 hounds to the dog park in arnold rd, it was warm y and I tried using the water fountain to give my dogs water. Someone had turned off the water, so I opened the cover for the valve to turn it on only to find someone had filled it with spadefuls of mud? I don't know who would do such a thing, and two people left as their dogs had no water??? I scooped out the mud and restored the water supply. Does anyone know who did this and why?
