It was 18:30 right infront of my house just when I got out of my car. Is it possible for OBS Safety to improve and perhaps to get more white Vans to patrol the streets? What number can I dial if I am scared at night before I park my car for someone to just see that I am safe in my house? This wasn't even late at night!
