As was discussed on the Facebook group does the liquor tribunal have the authority to prevent a licensed establish trading at all - ie the business must no open its doors and not trade at all. I would think not. They could suspend the liquor licesne preventing the establishment from selling liquor. Has anyone seen the order and what it says/. But judging by their past disregard for rules and the law, if they are open they are going to be selling liquor. The police's most important involvement will be now to make sure the conditions of the suspension of license or complete closure of the business if that is indeed the case are adhered to and any infractions record and held against them in the tribunal or hearing coming up.
