Seems like today is one of those days. I have had a few tearing down my
little stretch of Robins. What for, who knows? I mean really going
fast. What happens if children or old people are in the street. Also
too fast to get numbers.

Approx 4.30pm I was at the intersection of Arnold and Scott, waiting
on the river side to walk up Scott. As I started crossing Arnold an
EXCITE taxi - maroon - cut the stop street in Scott (did not even use
it as a rollover) and turned left into Arnold nearly hitting my 2 dogs
and myself. He was so fast that I could not get the registration but
a coloured male driver - maybe 50 years old. (My language was choice)
About 15 minutes later, a minibus taxi tore down Bishop towards Lower
Main.
