The roads look quite empty.
There are clear cased of bad driving turning the corner over the stop street in
the wrong direction.
besides that there is nothing that I can see about the pictures themselves to
show anything clearly illegal.
I know that there are the original buildings behind the part that is visible in
the picture behind the open gate.
We need clear evidence what is approved for the site before assuming it is
illegal.

afternoon peak traffic. Other pictures are of structures behind Rainbow Lodge.
What the pics don't show is another structure behind the front two.
