Thank you. I appreciate what you are doing. Is the property still
registered with Caltex Oils? We would like to know what they are
planning to do with the property, how they intend maintaining it in the
interim and what they intend doing about the current state of disrepair,
including the unhealthy environment with squatters using the building
and no running water being available. I have also subsequently learnt
that those bowsers that people are living in are not from below the
ground there, they were dumped there by Caltex after the business that
used to operate there closed. There is no lighting at the site either.
Assuming that they will do the responsible thing and clean up the site,
what do they intend doing about security there until such time of
disposal of the property. And what sort of timeframe are we talking
about. If there is anything further before your meeting, I will let you
know.
