Dear Members, We have been informed of a problem with the 10111 service. It seems that thefault lies with the system equipment which has reportedly been due for an upgrade since 2013. Reportedly, as many as 25% of callers have not been able to get through to the service during this period.
This follows two situations over the last week where ONW members were unable to get through to the 1011 service in an emergency. Please refer to the attached emergency numbers (which should have been delivered as a pamphlet to your mailbox as well) and save the alternatives on your phone for use in an emergency.
