If this is the vehicle I reported Friday, it belongs to a resident in Gordon Rd who was assaulted at a club in Claremont on Thursday night. It is parked in pepper square for safety (no garage), until insurance clears repair, when it will be collected. The assault was reported and a case opened, SAPS Woodstock attend d on Friday. Jenny is aware of all of this, as is Ops control, the car was clamped to prevent it being stolen, after car park employees raised concerns. Thanks.
