I dont think anyone suggested trespassing!? In fact for a civic to be accused of trespassing they would have to formally announce their intention of being on property without permission! And should an individual be accused of trespassing they would have to be found to be on the inside of the fence. If an individual or group of individuals wanted to fix the fence, they could easily do this from the road and hence would not be trespassing. Worst case is they could be accused of tampering with Prasa property, but this would simply expose the fact that a) in many sections the fence has completely disappeared so one actually cant be accused of tampering with something that doesnt exist and b) it would expose Prasa for what it is - inept, incompetent and bankrupt, so I doubt that Prasa would invoke this kind of publicity.
