a medical doctor told me,,,,,, the problem arises when the dagga smoker takes alcohol,,,not necessarily at the same time,,,,,the combination makes a person go mad,,,,,and want to commit a murder at the slightest provocation,,,,,,,they're not going to outlaw alcohol ,,,,,,so therefore,,,,,,
