Interestingly, I think Colin have been immortalized, more than any other local of Observatory, on the canvas by a number of our local artists and as was seen on sale in the windows of the ex Artsource.
I will not be surprised if he received the most discussion, attention, concern, anger or sympathy and even being penned by those who became intrigued with his chosen lifestyle in Observatory over the approx 20 years of his journey in Observatory.
