Hi ! Please do you have an ocaml binding that interfaces to the "Nauty" graph C library ? I did not found graphs isomorphism stuff in ocamlgraph and do not see anything on the web. But maybe a chemist or a mathematician has written this for himself ? I do not focus on McKay program but look for graphs isomorphism test that OCaml could call.
