Installing the grisbi package pulls in 66 other packages, some of which
are definitely not going to be used on my system:
texlive-lang-vietnamese
texlive-lang-croatian
texlive-lang-cyrillic
etc.
I expected grisbi to be installed, with any other packages that would be
relevant to my locale.
I did not expect the installation to take 20 minutes (200-300kbps).
