Status in “sks” package in Ubuntu: New

Bug description:
Binary package hint: sks

Please sync sks 1.1.0-8 from Debian unstable.

Besides, currently, sks links against OCaml 3.11.0 on armel and ia64. A
(re-)build is needed to fix this, and complete the OCaml 3.11.1 transition in
Ubuntu ports.
