It is difficult to find the perfect time slot to organize an international virtual event, so after some recent discussions and requests on public channels, the board has decided to change the AGM time slot to accommodate all regions (as much as possible). We would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday September 10th 2020 from 13 UTC till 15 UTC. All local chapters, projects, committees and initiatives are invited to present their status report, updates, covid-19 impact, future plans and past achievements. We have already created the AGM slides for this year. This is going to be one minute of fame and shine, don't let it pass! It is important for all of us to know what is happening everywhere. OSGeo is huge and this is the best way to get a summary of all the amazing work we are doing! There is a wiki page to give you an overview on the AGM 2020. At the end of the AGM the Sol Katz Award 2020 will be granted. After the AGM we will have an additional hour for open discussion about OSGeo activities and the future.
