I think it would be advisable to put something in about the feedback for the election process in the timeline to the effect that the current Board will review feedback and include any constructive suggestions that enhance that process. Otherwise you could be open to including everything, relevant or not. It's obvious that you would do this but better stated than not. Maybe "Incorporate *constructive* feedback into election process" then you can decide.
