I'm testing ocfs2 as a root filesystem under Debian, and apt-get barfs with:
Reading package lists... Error! E: Couldn't make mmap of 12582912 bytes - mmap (22 Invalid argument) W: Unable to munmap E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened. According to the kernel help files, 'shared writable mmap' isn't yet supported, which presumably explains the above. Is this going to be added any time soon? I'm currently using the ocfs2 kernel modules in linux 2.6.16, maybe a later version supports it?
