OCFS2 requires a shared disk. Specifically, a shared disk
that can be concurrently accessed by all nodes in the cluster.

hello,
got a short question about the function of the Ocfs(2)...
I read the manual and the faq but still don't fully understand
what exactly happens to the data :-/
As far as I understand the data stay physically on the harddisc of that node
how produce/change it,
only the "file-allocation-table" (or what o ever metadata) is exchanged between
the nodes (and synced) and access is granted to all nodes via??? own Protokoll?? ssh??
Or are all data replicated to all harddisks in the cluster - like with drbd?
What I'm lookin for is a filesystem that do exact that... replicate the data
between the nodemembers (like drbd between two nodes) but (unlike drbd) grant
all nodemembers read/write access...
Any hints are welcome...
TIA
