If I understand your mail in the right way, you’re stating that the OCFS2 
should be the leading service? So I was totally on the wrong track…

In this case, I will set the heartbeat very sensitive (e.g. to 16) and 
everything is fine?

May be you'll have some best praxis values for us.

Typically what you just do is tune the timeouts in Ocfs2 and Clusterware
such that Ocfs2 fences and recovers before Clusterware even realizes that a
node is gone.
