the rhel4_2.6.9-55.0.12.EL-i686 and it does not exist.
Please let me know what the steps are for me to build the rpms for ocfs2.

I have my old spec file for building the ocfs2 rpm that works for any
distro if you want it. You just have to make sure your build environment
has been set up correctly.
