Not sure what you're trying to do.. but if you're just looking to share
files between these two systems on the filesystem level you can try NFS or
Samba, those run mixed environments without any issues. If you want to run
Oracle in RAC Mixed OS's you are out of luck for the time being :)

Regarding mixed OS's in the same cluster, that is not supported and will
not work.
ah, didn't know that. is there any cluster / global file system that runs in
a mixed linux/windows environment?
