Enable some tracing:

$ debugfs.ocfs2 -l ENTRY EXIT INODE DISK_ALLOC SUPER FILE_IO NAMEI AIO allow

$ xm save ....

$ debugfs.ocfs2 -l ENTRY EXIT deny INODE DISK_ALLOC SUPER FILE_IO NAMEI 
AIO off

File a bugzilla and attach the syslog.
