Sunil, The latest kernel with the SP3 release is 2.6.5-7.283. It ships with OCFS2 1.2.3. is it worth upgrading from 1.2.1 or do you suggest upgrading to SP4 right away? RAC and Data Guard on 10.1.0.5 will be involved
