Manage and Enhance existing ETL development standards - Attend project walk-through meetings - Creation of overall Process or Job Flow - Create detailed ETL design specifications - UNIX scripting and- Create / Enhance new or existing scripts or functions using Shell or Perl or C++ - follow thru on ETL Documentation - work with Delivery Services & Production Support team for problem resolution - Interact with Project Managers throughout the project - Research existing processes not documented in metadata. - Review code developed by other team members - Identify & Present any process improvements - Coordinate US & India resources as required - Create Primary / Secondary developer on-call rotation and act as a lead backup for on-call. - Estimate ETL Development efforts - Act as project lead for developers assigned.
