*Job Description:*
The Business Analyst role is a multi-faceted role which includes all aspects
of the requirements gathering and documentation process. It also includes
various aspects of software testing.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Identifying, researching, developing and documenting detail
business requirements
Work with the core development team to ensure the business requirements are
understood and incorporated into the software development project
Design, execute, and validate test cases based upon business requirements
Provide defect testing and create detailed defect documentation during the
test execution phase
*Requirements:*
* *Insurance experience within Commercial Lines
Excellent communication skills (able to communicate on both the
technical and business sides)
Excellent organization skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must be able to work independently, manage time wisely, and
correctly set priorities
Must be detailed oriented
This is a straight contract position - 6 month duration. H1B contractors
are OK as long as they have good communication skills and must
have Commercial Lines Insurance experience. This client prefers local
candidates so if you have any consultants located or coming off a project in
or near Ohio that would be preferred. Anyone that has prior working
experience in Ohio is also good.
*Commercial Lines Insurance experience* is a must!
