can any body tell me what is Hands-on Course Requirement Form. for oracle 9i ocp what the info require to fill this. This is the info i got form net is needed for Hands-on course information: Course Title, Course Date and Course Location and Course Facility Name (the name of the company or institute where you completed your hands-on course).
