· Must have telecom experience
· 5+ yrs experience in developing distributed applications and web
development using C#, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, XML Web Services
· Experience with Coffee or any other ordering system
· 5+ years experience in design and development of web and windows
applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
· Experience in stress testing network-enabled applications.
· Experience in implementation and deployment of enterprise level
applications.
· Experience in development and deployment of large-scale websites
like Verizon.Com.
· Ability to trouble shoot and respond to outages.
· Very good written and oral communication
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Designs, modifies, develops, writes, tests, implements and
supports business applications;
· Interacting with Offshore VDSI team for design, development and
code review.
· Reports status.
· Testing: Unit & System.
· Incident reporting- identification and resolution, communication,
leadership and project management skills.

*Genesys Desktop development
Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging,
documentation of programming applications, and CTI system integration to
satisfy business requirements following defined project life cycle and
testing methodology.
Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex
business requirements and processes.
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
Provide Computer Telephony Infrastructure design and support (exiting and
new).
Be responsible for the availability and configuration of the Genesys
production, development and QA environment.
Plan, coordinate and conduct cross-functional system testing.
Lead in technical design sessions and provide subject matter expertise as it
relates to the Genesys product suites (Framework/CTI, Management, Routing,
and Reporting)
Provide proactive architecture review and analysis.
