Advanced knowledge of the IT organization and systems in use with ability to understand which systems are impacted by new business requirements. Ability to review business requirements and discuss high-level options for implementation based on time/scope/cost constraints. Advanced knowledge of process modeling and design techniques including Object Oriented principles and Unified Modeling Language (UML). Ability to identify, justify, and model areas for business process improvement across the enterprise and within the specific business area being supported. Advanced problem solving skills such as strategic planning and enterprise analysis. Extensive experience with eliciting, defining, and documenting end user requirements. This includes identifying gaps in requirements, resolving inconsistencies, and prioritizing requirements. Advanced familiarity in Quality Management techniques such as test plan creation and use case based testing. Ability to constructively give and receive feedback as well as manage change Ability to facilitate a large group (10+ people) to a common objective Exhibit good conflict management skills and advanced negotiation techniques. Mentoring junior analysts and team development. Ability to exhibit strong leadership and teamwork skills in the appropriate settings.
