Requires five (5) years of progressive relevant experience. The five years of
experience must have included experience across full life cycle application,
systems development, database analysis and programming experience in J2EE
development, Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Web Services, Weblogic, Webmethods,
ANT scripts, Tomcat, Apache, Unix, Shell scripting, Design Patterns, SQL,
Clearcase, ClearQuest, Sybase, DB2
.
Experience with System Integration development is a plus
Experience with COTS products development is a plus.
Prior Freddie Mac experience is a plus
.
Lead Development team in all technical aspects of the integration projects
involving webMethods, J2EE technologies (Java, Swing, JSP, Servlets, EJB), web
based projects involving internet technologies (HTML, CGI, XML, XSL, XSLT, Web
services, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI) and legacy application enhancement projects (C,
C++, Shell scripting.
Provide technical input in technical project scope definition.
Provide inputs to Data Analyst to design and work with Database Administrator
to implement logical data models for RDBMS (such as Sybase, DB2, Oracle).
Prepare logical and physical data models by ensuring that applicable integrity
constraints are properly satisfied. Assist in application performance tuning by
working with database and server administrators to test the application under
varying loads.
Provide input in LOE and cross impact analysis to Management
for enhancements to the existing applications based on legacy technologies.
Oversee work of junior development staff .Identify and communicate scope
impacts and gaps to external systems in relation to the project scope and
domain. Demonstrate understanding of customer needs; Provide input/feedback in
the validation of Functional and Business Requirements. Recommend process
improvements across project teams by challenging the status quo, fostering
innovative thinking, engaging key stakeholders, and supporting the change
effort. Define and manage developer tasks and coordinates development
activities within and across development teams. Lead research, development and
delivery of multiple cross-domain modules on different platforms such as Sun
Solaris, Linux, Windows. Possess knowledge of Enterprise Architecture,
components and standards for application and data integration technologies such
as webMethods, J2EE,
XML.
