Location: Long Island, NY Duration: 6 months+ Establish and control a cross-functional project team Ensure Establishment / validation of Production Monitoring and support tools and processes prior to any production deployment System and Operational Support Training planning as required Validation of SOX compliancy for all application deployment processes, including the preparation and presentation of Client’s Production Review Board (PRB) gating milestone approval. Planning and coordination of all test related activities to include, unit, integration, system, regression, performance, User Acceptance Testing, etc. Key Personnel/Skill Set Requirements: The following skill set requirements shall be considered key for any personnel selected: A minimum of Seven years of hands on Information Technology Project Management experience Skilled at applying structured Project Life Cycle methodology Ability to define and document all required project tasks Capable of coordinating work activities over multiple organizations (including various vendor locations) Ability to control and direct work over multiple geographic locations Excellent verbal & written communications skills Ability to effectively work with minimal supervision both individually and in a team setting Highly organized and detail oriented Perform multiple tasks and adjust priority based on workload or direction from management or customer Experience with Application development life cycles Experience with multiple server hardware platforms and middle-tier and storage systems and software Project Management Institute’s PMP credential is required Thanks & Regards, Sandy Sr Technical Recruiter Global Computer Products Inc.
