Must understand and demonstrate benefits and challenges in developing web applications built on java and web technologies. Previous experience in an enterprise environment. Environment should consists of multiple applications working in tandem to deliver a single business function Previous work experience deliver high level design documents stipulating how a web application must change in order to meet the customer demands. Designs should include working with multiple interfaces from downstream systems. Past experience working with users to refine application flows and screens to improve user experience Ability to work independently Result driven aptitude with the ability to work in large project teams with differing priorities Optional In depth knowledge of AJAX related technologies. Cursory knowledge of the Adobe Flex platform Knowledge of Service Oriented Architectures.
