Required Experience and Skills: ? 9+ years of professional business analysis experience on Internet web-based development projects which includes experience gathering/translating requirements into design of software applications or dynamic websites with rich user interfaces on a variety of technology platforms; ? 4 years experience working with developers on object-oriented design, data mapping and modeling, application development, and taking projects through an entire release lifecycle; ? 2+ years of software releases and demonstrated knowledge of current technology trends and best practices; ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and consultative skills; ? Excellent mentoring and leadership skills; ? Process oriented, logical thinking skills; ? High level of analytical and problem solving skills; ? Strong knowledge of relational databases and concepts; ? Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Visio or other process or flow chart tool (Axure, iGrafx, etc). Desired Experience and Skills: Professional experience in human services organizations as it relates to developing client eligibility programs; ?
