*Short Description:*
The Product Specialist is the expert for a technical development or
execution environment product or set of products. Primary responsibility is
to ensure availability and facilitate productive use of a product for
Application Teams or end users.
Complete Description:
*This position is for an expert in a product called Pinnacle, by the firm
Paetec.* This individual must have prior *Pinnacle upgrade experience in
versions above 4. Prior RDB experience in Oracle is also required.*
*Here are the anticipated Deliverables:*
Start 8/09
Complete assessment 11/09
Migration of Application onto new servers 03/10
Upgrade application to new release 4/10
Complete development of custom reports 6/10 (with extension of contract)
*Preferred Education:* 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study
Role Description:
Demonstrate expertise in teaching / conveying technical and / or functional
courses / concepts.
Develop appropriate work programs / budgets and use to effectively schedule
tasks / assignments.
Identify improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services
/ products."
