EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration 3+ years experience managing complex Data Management, Business Intelligence Projects as a technical lead, preferably with Java/Open source tools Exceptional communication and people management skills are a must Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at a variety of levels (top-level management, 3rd parties and key personnel) and to communicate intricate technical and procedural matters to both technical and non-technical personnel Keeps up to date with technologies Strong knowledge of data modeling; logical, physical and dimensional modeling. Strong knowledge of performance tuning approaches Strong business systems analysis, process and data analysis skills 5+ years hands-on experience with SQL Server technologies in Data Warehouse environments. Best practices and methodologies in designing, maintaining and building an Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Marts.
