The ideal background for the above mentioned roles will have experience in the following solution domains: * Prior Big 4 Consulting experience a MUST! * Enterprise Content Management (taxonomy, classification, normalization, workflow, versioning) * Agile Development with Continuous Integration (TeamCity, NANT, NUnit) * Experience working on projects with Visual Studio 2008, ASP.NET 3.5, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008, Web Services (SOAP/REST). * Follow sound coding fundamentals with strong documentation skills. * Natural leader and collaborate well * Excellent communication skills * Able to meet ambitions and aggressive project plans with creative and innovative solutions.
