Please send me best matching profile at [email protected] Title: Web QA Engineer Location: San Rafael, CA Hire type: 3 Months Rates: $ 40/hr on C2C Responsibilities: · Creates and/or reviews QA plans, test cases, test matrices, and other QA documents to ensure sufficient test coverage based on requirements and specifications · Provides testing estimates and testing tasks to assure complete testing coverage · Participates in inspection processes for all types of project deliverables, including the Product Specifications Document · Works closely with QA peers, Development partners, Business Analysts and other project team members · Creates plans to test features/applications at the user interface level, including functional tests, performance tests, workflow tests, install tests, globalization/localization, and interoperability tests · Documents test designs, test plans, and test results · Creates test plans and/or test matrices that test a particular feature and the functionality related to that feature and support traceability from requirements to test cases and associated defects · Participates in test plan reviews with rest of QA and development team · Performs validation of XML associated with assigned features · Performs some level of database level validation associated with functional testing Qualifications: · 5+ years QA experience · Experience testing web applications · Experience with Content Management Systems · Experience testing Forums/Discussion Groups is a plus · Experience testing search engines is a plus · Database-level validation experience (utilizing a SQL client) is a plus · Middleware (i.e. TIBCO) testing experience is a plus · must have a solid understanding and track record of applying solid QA methodologies · Familiarity with QA tools for code coverage, error analysis and error reporting · Solid experience on software projects through the complete software product/development lifecycle · Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) · Self-starter who works well independently and effectively within a team · Team player and a calculated risk taker who “thinks outside the box” · Strong desire and ability to deliver results · Able to succeed in a dynamic environment with changing priorities -- Regards, RAJ International Business Solutions Ph No- 732-981 -0450 Ext 410 *[email protected]* www.ibs-nj.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ocp-dba" group.
