*Job Title Information Security Analyst* *Experience Level 6 - 10 years* *Location Holliston, MA* *Start Date Immediate* *Duration Fulltime* Job Description Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field plus typically 6 – 10 years in the Information Systems industry with strong technical and operational experience in one or more areas such as Firewall Administration & Architecture; TCP/IP and Network (Lan/Wan) Security; Remote Access Solutions; Intrusion Detection Systems, Content Filtering, or Operating System Security (Unix & windows).. Solid experience working with SEIM systems and handling security events from identification through closure. Must act as a subject Matter Expert (SME) resource in the engineering, development, test and implementation of the (SIEM) platform. Perform SIEM administration including: Conduct (SIEM) installation, up gradation, configuration, fine tuning, customization (rules, dashboard, filters, and reports, users, new host and connectors etc). Responsibilities include ability to perform SIEM design and follow-on installations based on requirements. Develop site-specific schematics, bill of materials, cost estimates and subsequent construction drawings. Should be able to run vulnerability tools, analys logs, including OS, firewall and IDS logs and install and interpet network sniffers. Experience with investigation of security events, identification of false positives within event logs and Act as an independent member of security review team and be able to document work in a professional manner. Candidate must have strong technical and network based skills in a number of the following : Unix System V, Win32, Cisco IOS, TCP, UDP, IP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS, NetBIOS, Microsoft, shell scripting, Perl, C, Java, SSL, PKI, IPSec, PCI, HIPAA. Job Roles / Responsibilities: Will be responsible for reviewing potential security events and interfacing with both client and internal teams. Strong verbal and documentation skills are essential to communicate, track and resolve potential customer issues. In addition the analyst could be expected to support security initiatives across the US, include developing technical requirements for SOW and responding to RFPS. Candidates must have direct experience with ArcSight or RSA envision.
