Position: Java Developer Duration: 6+ month
Location: Durham, NC. (Local or Near By Consultants) They want to hire someone by the end of this month. Please focus on what I have listed below. Candidates MUST be strong in all these skills. MUST have a lot of experience on the resume and be able to speak about the skills in depth. Will do a phone interview and a face to face. Face to face can be done here or in NY. Rate up to 400/daily. MGR Notes: please focus on these - At least 6 years of Development experience - Very strong Core Java and J2ee needed - Strong Web services - Strong Weblogic (websphere would be ok if all other skills are strong but Weblogic is preferred) - *JMS experience using Tibco* *(JMS is a Must and exposure to Tibco would be ok) * - Very strong in XML - Mgr likes to see candidates w/ longer contracts (a lot of short term contracts are not the best candidates) - Server side development vs front end developer is a preference - Oracle and Sybase experience - Ideal candidate would have financial services experience but if they are stong on everything else, that's ok if they don't have this.
