Please send resumes to *[email protected]* *Requirement*: *Role : LEAD ORACLE MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT RESOURCE * *Location : BOSTON, MA* *Duration : 6 MONTHS** * *Job Description: Lead Functional Consultant - Oracle Master Data Management* *General Responsibilities:* - Provides overall Business Analysis, Solution Design, and Functional Architecture activities within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Applications - Oversees and guides implementation of proposed solutions - Configures, develops, tests, debugs, maintains, and documents information systems applications. - Provides communication and coordination between client and Functional / Technical teams - Reviews all applications development and configuration project requests, coordinates schedules and related departmental activities. - Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project/program objectives are met in a timely fashion. - Defines system integration and acceptance testing process and ensures adequate resources - Coordinates departmental operations and delivery activities with Delivery Lead - Reviews and evaluates work of team members. Prepares performance reports. - Prepares activity and progress reports regarding all software projects and programs. - Works with business units and other IS groups in decision making process to ensure effective cross-functional decisions. - May supervise one or more employees; plays key role in hiring, coaching, training, and developing subordinate staff. - Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management processes. - Complies with established policies and standards to ensure that access to company information and systems resources, in any medium or format, is limited to authorized personnel. - Cooperates with internal and external information security audits. - Interacts directly with the end customer for the purpose of identifying and documenting business/systems requirements and processes, frequently involving multiple business areas. - Researches and evaluates alternative solutions for meeting business needs. - Consistently seeks out new opportunities to deliver UST services within the account *Solution Specific Responsibilities:* · Provides expert knowledge and leadership in crafting business solutions utilizing MDM concepts and tools · Analyzes and architects solutions with Oracle MDM products · Manages development of the functional and technical specifications for MDM solutions - Manages the configuration and testing of system prototypes for the Oracle Customer Hub, Oracle Site Hub, Hyperion DRM and all integration touch points - Provides QA review for deliverables with respect to the Oracle Customer Hub, Oracle Site Hub, and Hyperion DRM business flows - Participates in Project Management / PMO activities for Planning, Status Reporting, Issue/Risk Management etc. - May manage or coordinate offshore resources as needed * * *Qualifications:* *Mandatory* · 9-12 Years of demonstrable experience with Oracle E-Business and Hyperion Suite, Oracle Customer Hub, Site Hub, TCA and DRM – versions 11i and R12 · Proficiency with Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) products and technologies, including Oracle Customer Hub, Oracle Site Hub, and Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM) · Ability to architect solutions using MDM concepts across disparate systems · Experience with data consolidation/migration, data cleansing, data sharing, and data governance concepts to/from legacy, Oracle EBS and Hyperion systems · Extensive knowledge of the Trading Community Architecture (TCA), Data Quality Management (DQM), and DRM architecture including experience transferring/sharing data between data hubs and external systems via APIs · Knowledge of Customer Data Librarian, Oracle Customer Online and user defined attributes · Has experienced and worked on at least 2-3 full lifecycle projects implementing the Master Data Management business flow and has strong managerial and communications skills · Strong SDLC understanding, including customer requirements definition and documentation, business process and decision support design, processes flow modeling, system analysis and design, functional gap identification, and general business analysis and issue resolution · Knowledge of the Oracle Applications Implementation Methodology (AIM) * * *Desirable* · Oracle E-Business Suite Certification · Experience or hands-on knowledge of Oracle EBS and Hyperion functional areas · Global implementation/rollouts a plus · Oracle Discoverer, Business Intelligence and Financial Analytics tools · Knowledge of / certified in Oracle Business Accelerators (OBA) · Prior consulting experience · End-user experience with Oracle Applications · Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) · Experience with Freight Forwarding business processes (NOT transportation) * * *Other* · Bachelor or equivalent degree.
