Title: ETL with Ab Initio and MVS DB2 Location: Richmond, VA Expected Duration: 12 months Rate: $50 Corp to Corp
Responsible for the High Level technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. Provides team or technical supervision and drives project/service delivery. Performs as technical lead on software development projects with responsibility for overall delivery of software components and data interfaces. Ensures all reviews happen and changes required are documented and followed up on, supports QA during testing, and has oversight during implementation into production. Provide estimates for technical solutions. Interface with PMs, BSAs, Testers, Architects and other teams to deliver solution. Close interactions with project teams and business. Responsible for High Level and Detail design considerations and review. Includes expertise in data mining, Extract Transform Load (ETL), design and documentation of data movement schemes, and mapping between applications. Requires experience in Ab Initio and MVS DB2. Should have experience in logical data model development. 5+ years Technology specific experience (multiple technologies) *2-3 years experience in Ab Initio and MUST HAVE MVS DB2 (mainframe)* Develops advanced domain specific technology solutions and guides their development into a final product. Leads multiple work-streams in delivering solutions Works independently Data mapping experience in implementation and design (5+yrs.) ETL experience in implementation and design (5+yrs.)
