*Length of Assignment: 1 year* *Must have skills:* 1. Requires eight years of business analysis experience to include five years of use case writing experience. 2. Requires experience leading JAR (Joint Application Requirement) sessions consisting of business architects, developers, data modelers and business subject matter experts. 3. User interface design experience. 4. In addition to use case writing, requires experience and familiarity with activity diagramming and interpreting data models. 5. Requires experience in working on large, complex software development projects. 6. Demonstrated skill in estimating and tracking progress of tasks, as well as in making recommendations for adjusting project plans as needed. 7. Must have experience resolving complex problems in a team setting, including evaluation of options to determine optimal solution. 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team. 1. Strong conflict resolution skills using a win/win approach. 2. Strong written communication skills. 3. Communicates proactively in a project environment with colleagues and management on a wide variety of project issues. 4. Communicates effectively with various stakeholders and team members, including other Business Analysts, Development, Quality Assurance, Operations, Customer Service and the management team.
