The position may be involved in various concurrent functions of systems support, including system development, testing of functionality, user support, and communication with business partners and vendors. System design and construction are the main focal points for this position, along with growing proficiency with various development tools and environments on multiple platforms. Primary Responsibilities: -Analyze proposed changes at a system level and recommend designs and solutions that minimize impact to interfacing systems while maximizing code re-usability and maintaining business value. -Translate business requirements and functional specifications into detailed system and program design specifications and provide time estimates. -Create and execute unit, system, and integration tests and validate test results independently. -Work with the lead to develop and implement acceptance tests and validate test results with the appropriate business partners.
