Our client needs 6 CCNA/networking candidates for implementing a NYCity
wide solutions.
Candidate need to come for a F-2-F at Hauppauge, NY (on Long Island)
It is a 9 month contract, as you can see need CCNA and wireless
experience.
Also since they are traveling around the 5 boroughs must have a car.
Company will reimburse for travel expenses between schools.
Rate capped at $42-45/hr. c2c
OVERVIEW :
The Qualified Engineer should process the following skills:
VTP, STP, MLS, VLAN, T1, Frame-Relay, Metro Ethernet, ATM, RIP, OSPF,
Access-List, 802.11a/b/g. As well as, 2+ active years experience
configuring various Cisco Devices.
They will be responsible for being a team lead for the installation and
configuration of Cisco Catalyst 6500's, Catalyst 3500 enterprise series
switches, 3800 series routers, Cisco 4400 Series WLAN Controller's. They
are required to present and conduct themselves in a highly professional
manner. They are responsible for their own means of transportation and
traveling among the 5 boroughs of NY as well as Long Island to deliver
these support services and must have access to their own vehicle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and assemble and
configure infrastructure equipment as required
* Ability to install Cisco equipment with in a multi layer
environment and test same.
* Has the ability to understand network diagrams and update using
Microsoft excel
* Highly self confident and motivated.
* Strong initiative
* Highly reliable and dependable.
* Positive, poised, professional and helpful presence.
* Ability to lift 60 lbs
* Resourceful and self sufficient. - adapting to situations to get
things done.
* Responsible, organized and with an attention to detail.
* Technical requirements below:
* Cisco Advanced Wireless LAN Field Specialist Certification
* Cisco CCNA Certification.
